In addition to striving for continuous development in its industry, GLC places great importance on corporate social responsibility. Since its establishment, the company has been actively focused on the development and employment issues of university students. We provide university students with free job referrals, resume guidance, industry expert and HR meet-ups, career planning lectures and career talks on university campuses, as well as organizing entrepreneurship elective courses and other non-profit activities. We have conducted career-oriented non-profit activities at various universities, including Peking University, Tsinghua University, Renmin University of China, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beijing University of Science and Technology, Minzu University of China, China Agricultural University, Beijing University of Chemical Technology, and Beijing Mining University.

In February 2024, GLC conducted a non-profit pre-employment training program for graduating students at the Chinese Department of UNNES in Central Java, Indonesia. The program aimed to assist local Indonesian students in the Chinese department to enhance their Chinese language proficiency, provide training in areas such as Chinese resume guidance, cross-cultural understanding and work ethic, these help them secure employment opportunities aligned with their Chinese language expertise.
